Repaired Dining Table Wedge in Henderson

Summary

The Customer needed a new wedge made to secure the dining table legs after the original had cracked. Measurements were provided (width 240mm, height 90mm, thickness 25mm), and the existing wedge was used as a template. The wedge wasn’t a simple rectangle—one long side was longer, and the short ends were cut at an angle—so the job required careful woodworking and accurate replication of the angled ends and bolt hole positions in Henderson, Auckland. After the job was posted on 07 September 2026, the Customer received 3 offers and assigned one on 08 September 2026. The furniture repairer made a new wedge to the original dimensions, drilled holes to match the bolts, and refitted the legs so they were securely fixed. The selected offer was $90, and the Customer left a 5-star review: “Awesome experience. Will definitely engage again.” Completed 11 September 2026.
