Summary

The customer needed an existing rotary clothesline removed from concrete and a new rotary clothesline installed in the Franklin area. They were specific about a Hills Heritage Hoist 6-Line 40m galvanised model, and the job required preparing the area, concreting and securing a new ground socket/post, and testing the rotation to the manufacturer's specification. There were two offers submitted and the chosen offer was $1,325. Along the way we discussed options including Daytek and Hills Heritage models and confirmed an extra cost if the old line was to be removed from site. The work proceeded with the old unit removed, the new ground socket set and the Hills Heritage hoist mounted and tested. The job was completed in Tuakau, New Zealand. The customer left a 5-star rating and commented: "Excellent communications and job. Very happy with our new clotheslines."
