Tighten the lines on retractable clothesline

I have a job mate retractable clothesline and all the lines are different, some are sagging and some are nearly tight. I would like someone to come and make them all the same and tight. The line is never retracted so this may make it easier. Who like if job could be done as soon as possible. Thank you
