Skirting board replacement & window trim fill

Looking for someone to come and: • Replace a piece of skirting board in our hallway (due to the dog taking a few chews at it) and paint ideally - length is approx 4500mm on the main wall and 1000mm adjoining wall (height is 50mm). • Tidy up scratches in the bottom trim where our ranch slider is • Install two small towel holders on our bathroom vanities
