Skilled handyman for ongoing jobs around the city

We are a small Airbnb business and need someone extra hands for small odd maintenance jobs. This could suit a student who is handy / apprentice who has their own tools and is happy to do small handyman jobs at our airbnbs around the city. Ongoing work guaranteed and payment runs are twice a month.
