Fixing a leak in the drain pipe

The drain pipe seems to be leaking water, but the source of the leak is inside the ceiling. In order to find the location of the water leak, there is already a small hole in the ceiling, but you need to cut it out a little bigger and see what's inside. There is no evidence of water leaks around the kitchen. Is there anyone with experience?
