Cleaned Gutters on Single-Story Bungalow in Westmere

Summary

The customer needed gutter cleaning for a single-story, three-bedroom bungalow of circa 130 sqm in Westmere, Auckland. They wanted someone with the right tools and experience who could also give practical advice about the roof. The job received five offers, and the selected offer was $100. Work began with a clear scope: clear all debris from the gutters and check the roofline for any issues that might worsen in bad weather. The team arrived prepared with gutter-cleaning tools, cleared blockages, flushed the downpipes and inspected the roof. Extra time was taken to explain sensible roof-maintenance steps to the customer. Because the job was completed before an approaching cyclone, the customer was relieved. The poster left a positive, 5‑star review praising an excellent job and the helpful roof advice.
