Soffit Reattached to Guttering and Roof Rafters in Casebrook

Summary

The customer in Casebrook, Christchurch, needed a soffit that had dropped out of the ridge and was hanging down from the guttering. They wanted the soffit reattached and elevated back into place with a secure attachment to the guttering and assurance that the roof rafters remained structurally stable. Accessing the area safely was a key constraint because the soffit was hanging low from the ridge. We received 1 offer, and the selected offer was $120. The task progressed from a single offer to arranging safe access, inspecting the dropped section, and reattaching the sofitel so it sat correctly against the guttering and rafters. The agreed outcome — sofitel reattached securely to guttering and roof rafters — was achieved and the customer left a positive response with a 5-star rating.
