Front yard cleaning

The townhouse I stay has a front yard. It’s about 4 metres x 3 metres. It’s cemented but has weeds coming up. There is also a small gardening rack which has weeds to be cut and removed. We would need the yard to be water blasted after that. It’s a max one hour job. Please come with the right Equipments needed.
