Pierre was great to communicate with. Jordan did the work. Jordan could improve clarifying the work to be done before beginning. He had an aggressive way of communicating, I was surprised how combative and rude to me he was on the phone. I was reasonable, yet assertive, choosing my battles to keep him focused on the task. I contacted Pierre, and ultimately once Jordan went back he got the job done fairly well.
