Weed eating or lawn mowing yard

Lawns need a tidy up before winter starts including bern. This was a 600m2 yard but most of the lawn has been metalled so I think it’s now about 200. Mostly flat. Grass at maximum is 1ft high - tall fescue. Should take an hour. 3m x 7m - front parking. About the same for rear parking 3m x 8m - bern Plus garden edges, around trees, etc. Grass etc can be dumped on site.
