Remove leaves from the walk way and yard

The tree is shedding lot of leaves lately and the walk way is clumsy. Need help in cleaning and removing these leaves. 1. My walk way 2. Neighbours walkway (left and right) 3. The front yard Please note that the task includes removal of leaves as well.
