Grass cut and weeds removed

I need my grass trimmed and cut and all the weeds removed from around the front and side of the house, please. This was brush cut about two and half weeks ago this is just growth since then. Important, please indicate in your offer if you can meet the budget as money is really tight and I cannot get higher. Thank you
