Gardening and waste removal

We have recently moved into a new house and found that the garden was overgrown with wandering jew. I have ripped out most of it but there is still a few little pockets that need to be removed. There is also a bed of kiyuyu that needs to be removed. And then all of the green waste needs to be removed. So here's the task: 1 - Remove small bed of Kiyuyu 2 - Remove small pocket of Wandering Jew 3 - Remove brazier full of charcoal 4 - Remove weeds - a good 1m2 5 - 2 half filled compost bins of stick and stones - quote on regular lawnmowing - per red lines on pic
