Completed: Repaired fallen stone cladding in Beachlands

Summary

The customer needed a couple of fallen pieces of stone cladding reattached to a small patch of wall in Beachlands, New Zealand. They supplied the stones but not the mortar, so a key requirement was making sure the right amount of mortar or cement and appropriate fixings were used for a neat, lasting repair. The small size of the patch meant estimating materials carefully to avoid waste. The job progressed after three offers were received; one offer specifically noted it would include fixings and mortar. The selected offer was $122 and the work completed with the stones securely reattached. The customer left a positive response and the task was recorded with a 5-star rating.
