Repair wardrobe doors can’t be open

Unable to open one side of the wardrobe, seems stuck at the top. There are two of the wardrobe doors can’t be open in house. Photos are of the side of the door that is working well, for illustration purpose. I have posted another job to fix the loosing shower head falling down, would be good if someone can do both at the same time. Thanks
