Rehinge a sticking door

We are in need of a handyman to undertake ad hoc repairs for the body corporate of our apartment building in Onehunga. The task at hand today is looking at our rubbish room door which is all a the sudden sticking at the top. Possibly it needs to be rehinged or planed.
