Inspected and Repaired Aluminium Window and Door Latches

Summary

The customer needed all aluminium window and door latches checked and new ones fitted where required, with an inspection to determine what parts and repairs were necessary. The main constraints were an unknown number of doors and latches and the need for an accurate quote based on that inspection; some offers asked for photos to give a clearer estimate. Three offers were received, and the selected offer was $150. The job progressed with an initial inspection and labour quoted up front, with the inspection fee to be deducted from the total labour cost if repairs proceeded. Travel costs and a fixed labour window were part of the offers. The customer left a 5‑star review, commenting: “Very efficient and reliable.”
