Fixed broken front wheel on balcony ranch slider

Summary

The owner in New Windsor, Auckland needed the front wheel on a balcony ranch slider replaced after it broke and became stuck in the groove; the back wheel was still working. The wheel and nearby screws were heavily rusted and worn, and the poster warned that trying to inspect it in the dark would be difficult. Three offers were received and the selected offer was $200; the chosen worker said they would bring a spare wheel and could attend around 6–7pm. The job involved removing the seized, rusted wheel, fitting the replacement pulley, addressing the worn screws where possible, and adjusting the door so it slid smoothly again. The customer left a five‑star review saying the ranchslider was fixed on the same day of booking and recommending the service.
