Closing mechanism service gate & sliding door in māngere bridge, auckland

1 x Pool Gate lock is working but not closing automatically (spring only pulls gate close when it is pulled back far and has momentum, but won't shut when open slightly) - Needs servicing. 1 x Ranch Sliding autoimatic closing mechanism needs a push to close - Needs servicing Both of these doors are required to close automatically for a pool inspection. I would also be interested to get 3 other ranch sliding doors serviced and possibly get new locks/handles depending on the price as they are quite old and the wooden handles are deterioring.
