Laundry & Office Admin - 2-3 half days per week

We are looking for someone to help us out 2 half days a week in a serviced accommodation business (Swanson area). We envision this starting out with 2 x 4-5 hour days... which could work with a mum while her kids are at school. It could quite possibly become 3 x 4-5 hour days. You will need to be friendly and reliable and have initiative and a can-do attitude. You will need a full drivers license and to be a competent driver, and confident driving a van. Part of the job will be managing the laundry... this involves doing the washing and drying and folding at a nearby laundromat. You would also be checking units to make sure guests are happy and units are stocked. You would make a weekly list of what supplies were required for the upcoming week. Other than that, we just need someone who can help out with various tasks. Nothing too laborious but we're looking for someone not averse to hard work occasionally. We are flexible with alternative hours but would like 2 or 3 days to generally be a regular commitment. Rate is $30 per hour (eg 8 hours for $240 or 10 hours for $300). You would need to invoice as a contractor.
