Keep my deliveries safe while i'm away

I'm going to be away from home for most of this year travelling all over NZ and AU, however I still need to be able to have parcels sent to me and then to be kept safe until I can collect them. This task is for someone to have my mail posted to them while I am away, and then to either hold it until I'm back in town, or potentially send to me if that works out easier.
