Wall cleaning.

Hi all. This skylight.... Setting?? Alcove?? (I'm not sure what you could call it) is a bit grimy. What I can reach has wiped away cleanly. without much effort at all when I stand on the toilet but need someone with a ladder to help with the rest and whipe down for me. I can pass up vacuum detachment to help grab cobwebs etc too. I am flexible with days to be honest to have this done, just communicate :) $65 is my limit, really.
