End of tenancy cleaning - urgent today

Hi, we need someone to help finish off end of tenancy cleaning. It's a small 3 bedroom home in good condition that has already had everything moved out. Looking for someone to come over and wipe surfaces, clean windows and carpets. Please only respond if you can come today/evening
