End of lease cleaning

Hi Recently purchased a rental property which needs to be cleaned up urgently prior to it going on rent. I need the living room and kitchen to be throughly cleaned. 1. Living room - walls and main door need a through clean - including a sticker on the wall next to the door. Also the windows require to be cleaned. 2. Kitchen - mainly the oven, gas hob and extractor fan are quite sticky and require a good clean. Also clean the window and walls and the back door. Kitchen and living area are attached to each other.
