One-off Moving Out Clean for 4-Bed Townhouse

Summary

The customer needed a one-off moving out clean for a vacant 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in Glen Innes, Auckland. The brief covered vacuuming, mopping, cleaning and wiping kitchen cabinets inside and out, shower and sink cleaning, wiping skirtings and dusting blinds — all requiring a thorough job in an empty property. Five offers were received; the chosen offer was $240 and specified four hours of work with all cleaning products and equipment supplied (including a steam mop). The task was scheduled for the 26th of July and notes indicated two professional cleaners would be required and that carpet cleaning was not needed. The cleaner worked through the checklist, completed the required tasks and left the house ready for the next tenants. The customer left a 5-star review, saying the clean was great and highly recommended.
