Wednesday Fortnightly House Clean — Grey Lynn

Summary

The homeowner in Grey Lynn, Auckland needed a reliable cleaner to visit every two weeks on Wednesdays between 9:30am and 4:30pm to mop, vacuum and wipe down a small three‑bedroom, two‑and‑a‑half‑bath townhouse. They emphasised the time window and asked for references, and also noted a preference for cash payment. The listing attracted four offers and communication focused on availability during the specified Wednesday window and the reference requirement. After a few messages to confirm timing and payment details, a cleaner confirmed they could attend within the required hours and the selected offer was recorded as $100. The cleaner’s profile showed a 5‑star rating and the negotiation and scheduling were completed smoothly, matching the homeowner’s constraints and requirements.
