I require a detailed top-up/re-clean to ensure the property is absolutely spotless before my furniture arrives. This is a focused, detailed job, not a full bond clean. I anticipate the job will take 2-3 hours. Scope of Work (4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms): • Bathrooms (x3): Thorough wipe-down of vanities, mirrors, toilets, and shower screens. (Note: Underfloor heating in both main bathrooms). • Kitchen: Detailed wipe-down of benchtops, cabinet fronts, and sink. Quick wipe of appliance exteriors. • Floors: Re-vacuum and re-mop all hard floors and vacuum carpets. • Dusting: Light dusting of surfaces, window sills, and exposed skirting boards.
