End of tenancy clean – 2 bed/ 2 bath / 2 living –

I am moving out of a rental property and need a detailed end-of-tenancy clean to ensure my bond return. When: • Date: Friday, 13th December. • Time: Must be done in the morning (start approx 9:00 AM) as the inspection is later that day. Property Size: • Bedrooms: 2 - study /storage : 2 • Bathrooms: 2 • Living Areas: 2 (1 Living Room + 1 Family Room) • Kitchen: 1 - laundry: 1 The Task (Deep Clean Checklist): • Kitchen: Full deep clean of oven (inside/out), range hood filters, stovetop, benchtop, and inside all cupboards/drawers. • Bathrooms (x2): Deep clean of shower glass (lime scale removal), toilets, vanities, and extraction fans. General: • Wiping down skirting boards, window sills, door frames, and light switches. • Spot cleaning marks on walls. • Vacuuming and mopping all hard floors. • Cleaning inside of windows and window tracks. • Note: NO carpet steam cleaning/shampooing is required (vacuum only). Requirements: • Must bring own cleaning supplies and equipment. • Experience with bond-return cleaning standards is essential. • Please provide a fixed quote for the entire job.
