Window Cleaning - 3brm Townhouse

I require someone to clean internal windows inside 3 brm townhouse and exterior on bottom floor and where can reach on top floor. Top floor has a balcony with small slider that external can be reached and there are 2-3 sliding open windows that can be partly reached. I do not expect any dangerous work or getting outside on the top floor. This will be left to house washing.
