Move out house cleaning

Looking for a thorough move-out house clean. I'm looking for a comprehensive clean of the entire property. It's a 2 bedroom unit and I would like the following to be cleaned so provide me with a competitive quote. Bathrooms: Shower, toilet and exhaust fans. General Areas: Carpet vacuuming and stain cleaning, hard floor mopping, window sills, skirting boards, and spot cleaning walls. Specialized tasks: I need carpet cleaning and outdoor deck washing.
