Moving out clean

I am moving place and need my rental cleaned. See photos for the requirements (I blurred out irrelevant items) that were provided by rental agency. Fridge and microwave are part of the cleaning. Other furniture/rubbish/stuff will be removed before you come do the job. Please clean the carpets. No surprises, I have not left any new marks/stains on the carpets since moving in. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, lounge, kitchen, and short hallway. There is 1 external staircase to reach the apartment.
