Summary
The homeowner needed a brickie to close the gap under a new exterior door sill and to fill and cap a short 2m section of concrete block wall. The bricks onsite were Summerhill stone and the 3-block-high wall required a 4:1 builders sand to cement fill, plus extra capping blocks to be sourced from Bunnings. Four offers came in and the selected offer of $500 covered the agreed scope. After confirming the mix and materials, the bricklayer coordinated a visit to pick up the capping blocks and sand, then completed the brick-up and block-fill over the necessary days. Photos were sent during and after completion and the customer left a five-star review noting excellent communication, useful progress photos and that they would use the contractor again.

Need a brickie to brick up gap under new door sill. Brick is summerhill stone. Bricks onsite already. Also need small 2m section of concrete block wall filled and capped. Wall is 3 blocks high. Nothing fancy, areas will be painted once done.
