Fixed Two Vertical Blinds with Snapped Strings

Summary

The customer needed two broken vertical blinds fixed in two bedrooms — both had snapped strings and would not rotate — in Ōtāhuhu, Auckland. The poster wanted a repair rather than a full replacement and asked whether repairs could be completed on the same day. Four offers were received, and a selected offer of $280 was accepted. Communication during the exchange covered contact details, on-site inspection and price confirmation. The assigned tasker arranged to inspect the blinds to decide between repair or replacement; parts availability was noted as a potential constraint. Following the inspection, the blinds were repaired and returned to working order. The customer left a 5‑star rating with the review: "Would recommend, awesome work and communication."
