Tacking curtains up temporarily

Hi. I've had new doors fitted in the living room and my heatpump has broken in the process as well as the curtain/curtain track being taken down. Now it's really hot - so I need someone to tack the curtains (light fabric) back up temporarily to the wooden lintel - I have a hammer and various nails! Hoping someone can come soon/today and do it before the sun comes round and I bake! Thanks, Katie
