Install curtain rod

I have a curtain rail to be installed above ranch sliders. The rod has 3 parts and 3 brackets to be used. The length is approximately 4 meters. As the rod is screwed into place I will need to put 4 net curtains on the rod. I live in an apartment on the ground floor. Access is through security doors but easily opened to allow tradesman to enter.
