Assembling a 1.8 × 2.5 Garden Shed on a New Timber Base

Summary

The customer needed a 1.8 × 2.5 garden shed assembled and a new wooden base built to match their deck height (about 15 cm from the ground). The allocated space was tight, bordering a wooden fence on two sides, and the brief asked for a quote that included materials and labour. Six offers came in and the selected offer amount was $450; some initial quotes had noted that material costs weren’t included and might add roughly $300–$400. After accepting the chosen offer the work progressed from a site inspection through construction of the timber frame base and on to assembling and installing the shed. The team supplied the necessary tools and got the job done despite bad weather. The customer left a 5‑star review, praising the quality of the work and recommending the service in Papakura, Auckland.
