Summary
The customer needed a Steelmates 1.72m × 0.89m garden shed assembled on a flat, slightly raised concrete driveway in Devonport, Auckland, with work to be done before 16 January. They planned a 1.8m × 1.2m raised base made from levelled 20mm concrete pavers on top of the carpark slab, and the installer confirmed that arrangement would work. Three offers were received and a labour-only quote of $270 was accepted. Communication included checking the delivery timing from Steelmates before scheduling the assembly. On-site assembly took longer than hoped because the shed instructions were opaque, but the installer worked over the weekend to make up time and supplied extra fixings at their own expense. The job was completed and the customer left a positive 5-star review noting diligence and the extra effort to finish the task.

Mark was diligent and completed the job well. It took longer than expected but this was significantly because of the opaque assembly instructions for our job. I have therefore not penalised Mark on timeliness. He came out over the weekend to make up time and supplied extra fixings at his own expense. Thanks.
