Summary
The customer needed a full home gym assembly: a smith machine with weights delivered to their property in Ōpaheke, Auckland. The main constraint was a notoriously unreliable instruction manual, so experience with similar setups and clear communication were key requirements. Seven offers came in and the job was awarded at the selected offer amount of $195. Dates shifted while the buyer waited for delivery, and the installation was completed on 9 February once everything arrived. The installer had prior experience with the same model and agreed to back the workmanship with a warranty, which helped reassure the customer before the appointment. The smith machine was installed successfully despite the messy instructions, and the customer left a five‑star rating with a positive review praising the quality of the work, communication and overall outcome.

Pierre did a fantastic job installing my smith machine inspite of the instruction manual which was unreliable and inaccurate. He has experience in assembling such similar machines. Very friendly chap, easy to communicate and to work with. I would highly recommend his services. Top quality.
