Hi hoping someone can help fix my washing machine issue please?? I have an older model Simpson top loader which has stopped rotating while on a wash. Washing machine pump still works fine-fills and empties. Also on a drain and spin cycle the machine will spin clothes "dry". But I think it's a motor issue why the drum isn't rotating to wash clothes? Would appreciate help. Usually home during the days so open to days and times. Thank you.
