Level new washing machine

New washing machine is already installed and working, but moves across the floor during high-speed spin. I've tried anti-vibration pads without success. Looking for someone experienced with washing machines to correctly adjust/lock all four feet, check the machine is stable and level, and identify any obvious installation issue. No plumbing or electrical work required.
