Wall-mounted dryer connected to outside vent

Summary

The customer needed a wall‑mounted Fisher & Paykel 5 kg dryer vented to the outside from an Airbnb in Morningside, Auckland. The dryer was installed upside down above a bench and the existing external vent sat much lower, so the team confirmed the job might require drilling a new hole and supplying a venting kit. After receiving four offers, the customer accepted a $250 quote and scheduled the work for Sunday afternoon so guests, who left by 11am, wouldn’t be inconvenienced. On the day the crew routed the ducting, drilled a neat new external vent where needed, fitted the kit and sealed the penetration. The customer left a five‑star review describing the result as “Fantastic job. Great team work. Efficient. Timely. Great communication. Can definitely recommend and will use again.” The dryer now vents correctly to the outside.
