Washer/Dryer installation and old unit removal in Johnsonville

Summary

The customer needed an old washer/dryer removed and a new combined unit installed in Johnsonville, Wellington, with the work scheduled for the evening. A key requirement was that installation take place after 4pm, and arrangements were discussed for key pickup from the Harcourts office if the tenants weren’t home. Communication of the exact address was restricted due to privacy, which meant extra coordination before the job. The task attracted a single offer and the customer accepted the one for $90. The task progressed smoothly from that acceptance through to disposal of the old unit and successful installation of the new machine. After completion the customer left a 5‑star rating and commented: "Absolute legend, great work and was very flexible. Easy recommend."
